3. Exclusions and Restrictions
• Free shipping does not apply to the following: discounted items and orders, items and orders using coupons, orders or items discounted from the original price, oversized items (e.g., items weighing over 5 kg or exceeding 50 cm in length), dangerous goods, or items destined for remote areas.
